No, we are a fee-based office. This model allows us to spend more time with you and provide a higher quality, personalized visit. However, we do accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), which can cover the entire cost of your visit. After your appointment, we can provide you with an itemized statement (often called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. 

✔ Signature Membership ($199/month): Designed for individuals looking to optimize their hormone health and overall wellness without needing hormone therapy. It includes comprehensive lab testing, unlimited follow-ups, personalized treatment plans, custom formulized supplements and exclusive discounts.

✔ Premier Membership ($399/month): Includes everything in Prime Membership, plus hormone therapy medications (Testosterone, Estrogen, or other prescribed treatments), regular monitoring, and dose adjustments as needed.

We work with a specialized pharmacy to create custom-formulated supplements based on your lab results. These supplements are designed specifically for YOU, ensuring you get exactly what your body needs to feel its best. 

Yes! Both memberships include initial and follow-up lab testing at no extra cost. This ensures we can track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.

Yes, if you require hormone therapy (HRT), our Premier Membership provides comprehensive care, including medications, lab monitoring, and ongoing support. However, if you only need wellness optimization, our Signature Membership may be a better fit. 

Yes, we encourage open communication. For non-urgent questions or updates, you can reach out to us via email or phone. More complex concerns may require scheduling an appointment. 

We require a 3-month initial commitment for all memberships. Why? Because hormone optimization and wellness take time—most patients start seeing real changes within a few months. After the initial period, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.
